At Alma Market USA, operated by Alma United LLC, we specialize in fresh tropical fruits, exotic fruit boxes, smoothies, teas, and other perishable products.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Texture, ripeness, or natural variations in fresh products

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

Stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation

Products delayed by carrier services

Products received with substituted or seasonal variations

Subscription orders already processed
By purchasing a mixed tropical fruit box, the customer understands and agrees that fruit selections may vary weekly depending on seasonal harvests, product availability, freshness standards, and market conditions. Certain fruits may be substituted without prior notice to maintain product quality.
Refunds or replacements may ONLY be considered if:

The product arrives severely damaged or spoiled upon arrival

The issue is reported within 12 hours of delivery

Clear photos/videos are provided
Alma Market USA reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
For food safety and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returned perishable items under any circumstance.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting:

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
