Shipping policy

Alma Market USA currently ships exclusively within the state of Florida.

Orders are processed within approximately 24–72 business hours before shipment.

Shipping days are LIMITED to:

  • Wednesday

  • Thursday

  • Friday

Orders placed between Saturday and Tuesday will be processed and shipped during the next available Wednesday–Friday shipping window.

Please note:
Shipping carrier estimated delivery times shown at checkout refer ONLY to transit time AFTER the carrier (UPS or selected shipping provider) receives the package.

Shipping estimates do NOT include:

  • Order preparation time

  • Processing time

  • Holidays

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier operational delays

If a shipping day falls on a holiday, orders will be shipped on the next available eligible business shipping day.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shipping carrier system based on:

  • Package weight

  • Box dimensions

  • Delivery destination

Alma Market USA does not manually control shipping rates.

Because our products are fresh and perishable, customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information carefully and retrieve packages immediately upon delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability
